How to know if you or a friend need help?
- Feeling hopeless, sad, depressed, or worthless
- Tired all the time or changes in sleeping patterns (too much or too little)
- Not eating or stopped taking care of oneself
- Overreacting and angry all the time
- Withdrawn physically & emotionally from friends and activities
- Can’t concentrate & struggles to make decisions
- Feeling extra anxious or becoming very impulsive
- Chronic pain or physical symptoms with no known cause (and medicine does not seem to help)
- Talking (or thinking) about suicide and/or giving away possessions
